For current ONGC Systems clients please login below to access your support portal. From here you will be able to:
- Open and closed Service Tickets (Including real-time status) and see the full ticket details.
- Have the ability to lodge new Service Tickets utilising templates
- Search the knowledge base of previous resolutions specific to your business
- See Statistics on service requests and trends
- Have access to managed configurations (Licences, Managed Servers and Workstations, including serial numbers and warranty expiration)
