Damien Rossiter B.Bus,B.Psyc,J.P.(Qual)
Director

Damien or ‘Damo’ as many of the clients call him is the founder of ONGC Systems. After studying at university he commenced his career in the IT sector over 20 years on the Gold Coast. He works with all clients to ensure a seamless transition from discussion through to implementation and training. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his children, exercising with his personal trainer and going boating.
Cathy Rossiter
Administration/Accounts
Cathy heads up our accounts and finance divisions. She comes from an accounting and administration background. These days when not at work Cathy enjoys spending time with her children and photography.
Steve Dawson MCP
Operations Manager

Steve has been in IT for over 10 years and during this time has been involved in a multitude of different IT environments. He has completed Microsoft Training and has obtained his Microsoft Small Business Specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications as well as a number of vocational certifications in IT and Business.
Mark Baylis MCTS
Senior Systems Engineer
Mark is originally from across the ditch but has landed here on the coast much to our delight. With over 10 years’ experience in business IT environments, he has worked with companies from 1 to 500 employees across a wide range of business types. He specialises in Server setup, maintenance, disaster recovery, router & switching configurations, WAN and LAN implementations.
Deniz Uysal MCTS, CCNSP
Senior Systems Engineer
Deniz has been a long time member of the team and has gained an age of knowledge both with hand’s on experience as well as gaining his Microsoft Information Technology Specialists qualification specialising in Microsoft Exchange Technologies.  Deniz has worked in countless different Business Environments and provides a fresh out of the box perspective for our clients.

Hayden is primarily involved with our corporate customer base and provides our clients with an advanced analytical approach which adds significant value to our skillset as an organisation.  He has been in the industry for over 10 years and is continually up skilling to ensure that he has the most up to date knowledge to be able to formulate the best solutions for a multitude of different business environments.
Luke Sales MCTS
Systems Engineer
Luke has been involved in several aspects of the IT Industry.  He found his start in the Retail sector and has continued to expand his skills to now support and maintain a multitude of IT Systems in the Corporate Arena.  Luke is also one of our Accredited Acer Hardware Repair Agents that service South East Queensland.
Alex Long MCITP
Systems Engineer

Alex has recently joined the team much to our delight.  He has been involved in varied IT Fields and has also obtained several qualifications to put against his name.  Alex is involved any most of our daily operations and is able to help with any technical queries.
Liam Tootill
Systems Engineer
Liam looks after our in-house helpdesk queries.  He has been involved in many different I.T. environments which has provided him with a vast knowledge base to assist our customers.
Josh Rosin
Acer Repair Agent / Technician
Josh is one of our Acer technicians who looks after the Acer Warranty repairs. Josh regularly is shoulder deep in computer parts and also looks after our PC services and repairs.
Levi Lowe
Acer Repair Agent / Technician
Levi also takes care of our Acer Warranty Repairs.  He regularly travels all over South East QLD tending to warranty jobs and helping out on large scale rollouts or workstations.
Shaynee Kenyon
Administration
Shaynee heads up our Administration area and provides each of our customers with the right support options to address their needs. She also aids in running our Acer Warranty Department.  Shaynee has an incredible amount of knowledge which is an extremely valued asset to our team.
