Steve Dawson

Steve joined ONGC in early 2007 with a passion to expand his knowledge in the IT industry. Having been exposed to a number of environments throughout the early stages of his career, he was driven by the ability to help others use technology to its fullest. Beginning as a trainee, Steve worked in all areas of the business and now heads up our leadership team. With a growing young family, Steve is passionate about living our mantra to ‘Get everyone home on time’, including our clients as well as our staff. In his spare time, Steve enjoys avoiding theme parks (dislikes rollercoasters) but taking advantage of the beautiful Gold Coast and everything it has to offer.
Damien Rossiter

Damien, or ‘Damo’ as many of the clients call him, is the founder of ONGC Systems. After studying at university he commenced his career in the I.T. sector over 20 years ago on the Gold Coast. He works with all clients to ensure a seamless transition from discussion through to implementation and training. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, exercising with his personal trainer and going boating.

Serge joined the ONGC team in 2014 starting as a Senior Systems Engineer. Over his time with ONGC he has worked with a multitude of our customers, delivering new solutions and helping them with their cloud journey. Now managing the operations side of the business, Serge strives to achieve constant improvement for our customers through the development of our internal team and systems. Being an avid BBQer, you’ll generally find Serge cooking up a storm in his smoker or enjoying the great outdoors with his family.

Sue has been involved in the I.T. industry in excess of 15 years and has held various positions within distribution all the way through to managing large teams within technology service businesses. With her continual passion for improvement, Sue works with our leadership team to ensure that we continue to optimise how we operate in all areas to ensure the end result for our customers is always evolving. In her spare time, Sue enjoys being pillion on bikes, riding through the mountains and of course spending valuable time with her son.
