What do you do?
On a day-to-day basis, I organise service requests from our clients by prioritising and scheduling them. I also help customers with escalations and ensuring that we meet our SLAs.
What’s life like at ONGC?
It’s very fast-paced, and there’s never a dull day. ONGC is an all-round fun and exciting company to work for with a fair balance of work and play.
What’s the best thing about working for ONGC?
I’m always given the opportunity to further my experience and learn new skills in order to grow within my role.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The things I enjoy the most about working at ONGC is the culture, work-life balance, education, career opportunities and the people of course.
What would you do if you weren’t in your current job role?
Nothing out the ordinary I would most likely be a Stockbroker.
How do you define success?
I believe your own happiness defines success.
Who do you look up to?
Generally, people who started with next to nothing and made something of themselves with minimal resources is inspiring.
What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without?
Television, Movies, Books, Music, Games, Social Media. Honestly just any type of media in general. I’m a bit of a geek for it!
What is your biggest fear?
What is your favourite thing to do?
Go for a relaxing walk through the Hinterland on the Gold Coast; it’s a great way to zen out.
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
Growing up as a kid in Nerang, I dressed very “urban” in particular I liked to rock the classic “Du-Rag.”
What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to do?
Having to say goodbye to my grandparents.
If you could tell your 13-year-old self something now, what would it be?
Invest in Bitcoin.
