Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, except for employees of Office National Gold Coast ATF The ONGC Business Trust T/A ONGC Systems (ONGC) and their immediate families.
2. The competition task is: Identify hidden code words embedded in any one, or all of the Real Estate, Medical, Financial or Construction pages on the website located at www.ongc.com.au. The prize is one of two $100.00 visa gift cards. The prize is non-transferable and non-divisible. Prizes cannot be exchanged.
4. The competition is open to entrants residing in Australia only.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries are to be submitted by clicking on the hidden codeword on the respective page and submitting your entry.
6. ONGC shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise, preventing entry at this website.
7. Entries must be received by 11:59pm GMT +10 on Thursday the 28th of February 2019. No purchase is necessary. Entries will not be returned, nor will they be removed from the website once posted.
8. Every effort will be made to notify the winners via email by 5pm on Friday the 1st of March 2019. Winners must respond within 14 days or an alternative winner may be chosen.
9. Submitting your entry constitutes your consent for us to use your entry, name and business name for editorial or publicity purposes, should you be a winner.
10. The winner will be chosen at random. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.ONGC reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time.
12. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and opt in to receiving marketing content distributed by ONGC. Entrants also acknowledge the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy outlined on the ONGC Systems website.
